Francis Scott Key bridge collapse! 4 vehicles on bridge went into the water! Power failed TWICE! 😲

Speed shows the ship lost power twice, veered to the starboard, never recovered and smashed the bridge footing, collapsing the bridge and sending 4 vehicles down into the 46 degree water. there appears to be some kind of worklight in the center where they were probably working on the bridge. it doesn't show any commuter vehicles or trucks passing by when this happened.
