You can start working with high frequency colors and bringing these colors into your lower energy centers to begin infusing your body/temple with higher dimension healing frequencies and continuing the process of embodying your soul/oversoul/and inner Christos.

I like to work with the color white - 12 dimensional frequency.

Higher oscillation entrains lower vibration, so as you bring a high frequency color into a denser energy, it has the ability to transmute the lower frequency energy.
