DO THIS Before You Sleep to Raise Your VIBRATION and MANIFEST Your Desired REALITY
Here I talk about why the hour before you sleep is very important, as this is where you can reprogram your subconscious mind to raise your vibrational frequency and manifest your desired reality.
When you are falling asleep, you experience a range of brain waves; you go from beta to alpha to theta to delta. So you experience beta waves while you are awake, alpha waves when you are doing any activity, and Delta waves when you are in deep sleep.
Theta waves are what you experience right before deep sleep (light sleep) and you can also achieve this state through DEEP MEDITATION. It's during these theta waves that you can reprogram your subconscious mind as this is where they are the most vulnerable and open to suggestions.
So be very careful, if you have an argument and go to sleep with these painful emotions, you lower your vibrational frequency and also are feeding your subconscious mind with these emotions; where your subconscious mind learns from this and projects it outside.
You wake back up with the same lower vibrational frequency experiencing the same emotions but now, it's worse because your subconscious mind has been feeling and embodying these lower vibrational emotions for the entire night.
So prevent any arguments or any lower vibrational activities, right before you fall asleep.
Instead, use this as an opportunity to raise your vibrations by feeding in positive affirmations and emotions that act as subliminal programming; now you can also picture yourself living in your desired reality, embodying how it feels, and then fall asleep with this feeling.
This is how you reprogram your subconscious mind, raise your vibrations, and manifest your desired reality just by falling asleep to a higher vibrational state.
