Graphic bystander video captured a masked black male stabbing a person repeatedly on a moving train in London. The train was traveling between Shortlands and Beckenham station toward Victoria Station. A nearby school was placed on lockdown. The person who was stabbed has life-threatening injuries. The suspect has not been identified or apprehended.
