On this episode we chat with Chris Wadwa. Chris is a Mma fighter and owner/head coach of west coast athletics a Mma gym in Brea Ca. Chris has been in the fight world since he was in high school. He is currently preparing to fight for I.F.S in a mixed rules tournament. Which will include first round boxing second round Muay Thai and third round combat Jiujitsu.
