The perfect, well-fried steak step by step
Ingredients for making a juicy steak:
We need 700 g of beef.
Cut the meat into steaks.
Let the meat stand uncovered for 15 minutes.
My beef isn't greasy.
I lightly grease the steak with cooking oil.
Let the meat rest for 15 minutes.
While the meat is resting, we prepare the seasoning.
Crush 2 cloves of garlic and chop lightly.
Chop the chilli pepper.
Add a sprig of rosemary.
Brown the meat in the preheated oven for 2 minutes on each side.
Add the garlic / paprika / rosemary.
Place the meat on a baking sheet and put it in the oven at 180C for 4-5 minutes.
That's it, our juicy and delicious steak is ready!
It is no different from what you tasted in a restaurant!
You can decorate a plate with a salad and salt it with coarse salt.
It turns out very tasty and beautiful!
