Beef boneless 500gm
Onion 2-3
Green Chilli chopped 2-3
garlic & ginger
Button red Chilli 6-8
Dry red Chilli 2
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
garam Masala 1 tsp
water 300ml
Fresh coriander chopped.
Beaten egg.
oil for fry.
