A Las Vegas assistant principal has been recorded making sleazy comments to a 13-year-old female student. Howard Hughes, 61, was caught making inappropriate remarks to the eight grade student of Del Webb Middle School. The recordings sparked an investigation by Clark County School District Police and Hughes resigned from his post before fleeing to Texas.
