PS15 loudness, screaming. Loud and continuous screaming coming out of PS15, these, normally, starts around 9 am, and go on until 3 pm, sometimes way beyond that. There are patterns that should be considerate in analyzing PS15, due it should help to scrutinize other schools controlled by the spy agencies: staff’ age, staff’s place of birth, place of studies, hiring timing, place of residence. There are a number of lights at this school remaining on at dark, all year around, others are kept on to very late at night, PS15 janitor(s) seem to never go home. The whole way PS15 operates changed in 2008, and kept changing to make it a very loud operation, using very “plausible” excuses. Few things are casual in this St., the spies’ idea is to have a very loud environment around my premises as much as they can as an harassment tool.
