This is my daily routine to water taper any benzodiazepine. People are intimidated by this method. But, it really is easy and as simple as brushing your teeth once you do it a few times. This is how you microtaper. I can decrease by any amount I like just by adjusting my discard amount. Slow and easy wins the race.
