Self Powered Negative Resistance Capacitor

A cell im experimenting with. Same solid state electrolyte mix with the added Copper Oxide powder. I explain the logic in the video.

What should I try next with this?

Don't mind the background noise. It's a Bedini fan running in the background charging some 9 volts batteries running on some other power cells I built. And doing a few things at once! Sorry! :)
