how to make liquid culture

liquid culture recipe.

.05 grams light malt extract
9 grams light corn syrup
300 ML water
1 pint jar
- put tin foil hat lid cover on jars
- loosen all jars 1/4 of a turn to prevent exploding in pressure cooker.
- Put jars into instant pot for 30 mins on high.
- Turn off keep warm setting.
only impregnate with spores/agar/syringe when cool to the touch.
-put in incubation box for 2 weeks and stir daily.
