Descend the fire escape and locate Luigi's Laundry. Entry will be denied. Head to the derelict apartment building on your left and cautiously ascend the stairs. Be wary of thugs lurking on each floor. As you near the top, eliminate the four thugs – both junkies and gangsters. At the summit, a helpful but shifty character can be persuaded to assist you with entering Luigi's. He'll follow you back, but beware – he's a double-crosser and will alert the thugs upon arrival. Two machine gun-wielding thugs will greet you at the door. Unleash your Ingram to take them down. Replenish your ammo in the laundry room and proceed to the register for medical supplies. Take the elevator up.
