Haily Brown Trial Day Two

Haily Brown is charged with two counts of vehicular unaliving and one count of DUI in the death of her fiance, Jason Brown. Haily allegedly drove through Dixon, TN, at a high rate of speed for the road she was traveling and struck a utility pole. The accident happened in 2020. I'm not sure why it took until March 6, 2024, to bring the matter to trial.
