Banning Aerial Sprays: A Trend?

Tennessee, Texas, and Pennsylvania are a few of the states working on legislation that prohibits aerial spraying of their citizens in a number of importance instances. The MSM is calling this legislation "crazy, conspiracy theory nonsense." We looked at a US law that has been on the books since 1997 that these state legislators are trying to counter, totally obliterating the conspiracy theory claims.
The Universe was asked if the trend to push back against these actions on the populace would grow, plus other insights and information the Universe wished to share.
