I am open to learning new things. But change for the sake of change is not good. People, society at large, businesses, and especially government tend to be very poor about learning lessons. We all want the next greatest idea...but we often spend too much energy trying to be first, or be different, instead of being right. Clicks over Integrity. Over and over again we see bad results while people sit around scratching their heads and wondering "why did that happen?"
