Police investigating after 2 injured in Las Vegas shooting

Las Vegas police are investigating after two people were injured in a Monday evening shooting.

According to a report from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, officers responded to the 4000 block of Escondido St. at approximately 5:15 p.m. Officers found two victims suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.The two were taken to a nearby hospital and their condition is unknown. Police said they have no information about a suspect or a motive. Detectives are on the scene and an investigation is ongoing
