Never Forget April 19, 1995 - Timothy McVeigh

On April 19, 1995, Timothy McVeigh, an ex-Army soldier and security guard, parked a rented Ryder truck in front of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in downtown Oklahoma City.0 Inside the vehicle was a massive homemade bomb made of more than two tonnes of ammonium nitrate fertilizer, diesel fuel, and other chemicals. The bombing resulted in the deaths of 168 people, including 19 children, and more than 500 were injured.
