It doesn’t take much thought to realize this.

Just when did sucking something foreign into your lungs become a good idea? Just what is bad for you and what is not? It’s simple here; sucking smoke into your lungs just cannot be a good idea. Somehow it has to have deleterious* effects on your health.

How about sucking in an electronically generated vapour containing all sorts of things, nicotine being the chief ingredient, into your lungs?

No? How about sticking your head in the barbecue smoker and breathing deeply?

It sounds stupid, because it is.
