Last night I was on Tucker Carlson to discuss NY's new bail law that goes into effect in January and will cause 90% of arrested population to be released including those with extensive criminal records and those charged with crimes that included criminal negligent homicide, selling drugs on school grounds, stalking, strangulation and aggravated assault of a child.
