Istanbul fire: Several people killed in 16-storey building

At least 16 people have been killed and 7 others injured in a fire at a nightclub under renovation in Istanbul.
It happened in the basement of the 16-storey building where the venue is located. The injured have been taken to nearby hospitals. The fire is now under control.
An investigation is underway.
