Former J6 PROSECUTOR arrested for stabbing a man!

Patrick Scruggs former J6 PROSECUTOR arrested for stabbing man with pocket knife in road ridge incident.
An accident occurred where a man was having a medical emergency. He rolled into former J6 prosecutors car. Another man being a good sanatarium was trying to help the individual when Scruggs approached the car punched in the window, took out a pocket knife and began to stab the man having a medical episode. When good Samaritan approached Scruggs, thinking he was also there to help. Scruggs offered to stab him as well.
