Florida's Supreme Court Abortion Case Explained

Josh Hammer of "America On Trial" says there are two key points we have to pay attention to on Florida's abortion case. Firstly, Gov. Ron DeSantis' original bill on a 15-week abortion ban that passed almost 2 years ago got the go ahead, and second, the Supreme Court also approved a six-week abortion ban, though not passed, would make a bill proposing such as lawful. Hammer highlights that this bill isn't hampered by "right-to-privacy laws" many abortion advocates usually use as justification for abortion.
