Youtube Suppressing Content or Wonky Algorithm?

So I have just recently started creating content and uploading videos…and already I have noticed something strange. I’ve put out two videos now relating to the camera footage from near the DNC on January 6th, the first YouTube short I made from the first pipe bomb video…surprisingly started increasing in views after a few days…by a lot! After a week of views it had passed 10,000.
What happened next is the REALLY strange part…the view count just…flatlined.
I just find it a bit bizarre and wanted to point it out.
