Over 5,000 RivCo Ballots Won't Be Counted! Is One of Them YOURS!?

The Riverside Registrar will not be counting over 5,000 Ballots for the March Primary! Even those postmarked on March 5th! Art Tinoco claims that the USPS did not get the ballots to his office before the due date...but...Art's employees are the ones who go to the post office to pick up ballots each day!
Both Art and Supervisor Washington are throwing the post office under the bus! The post office representative stated that the ROV picked up all the ballots before the deadline. Why is Art saying they cannot be counted when they are still counting cured ballots through this evening, April 2, 2024?
