NIMBY - Denver - I want a free trip to anywhere in the US. What do I need to do to qualify?

Why would a sanctuary city like Denver be crying mercy after only 40,000 immigrants arriving there, when towns in Texas are expected to handle floods daily.

This is starting to look more and more like the DSA, divided states of America, not the United States of America. Every state for themselves. And the federal government seems to be ignoring everything that is happening.

Why don’t they fix this?
