(1/20/20) Malliotakis Discusses Flaws & Fixes Needed to Bail Law to Ensure Public Safety

Assemblywoman Nicole Malliotakis appeared on FOX Business network’s Bulls and Bears on January 17 to discuss major flaws in the new New York State bell or the took affect earlier this month. The assemblywoman says the law pushed by Governor Cuomo goes too far and needs to be changed to protect public safety and also ensure the accused received their right to a speedy trial.
