Aaand...What's with Governors of some States mobilising their National Guard on account of an upcoming solar eclipse (that will last less than 5 minutes!) destined for 4/8/2024, as well as, others calling out a plea for a "State of Emergency!" days prior to the day of the actual eclipse???
