What's This? Rods and Sky-Fish

Very strange still shot taken in IR by my security cam. These are really wierd looking. These images are black and white although I did add color filter. If you believe all sky-fish are just bugs, then explain whats happenning in these pictures. Tell me what you think. I've never seen this before.
