Shifting with the Energy Shifts - Three Meditations Combined

Welcome dear ones, if you have been called to this meditation, then you are being guided to embrace the energy shift being bestowed upon the entire realm at this time.
The three meditations mark the three energy shifts that have taken place in quick succession over March and April. The equinox energy shift – Bronze meditation for grounding, The lunar eclipse energy shift – Silver meditation for protection and The Solar eclipse energy shift – Gold Meditation for higher consciousness.
Over the coming months, many changes will occur, and you are being called to stay connected with the positive frequencies of these energy shifts.
Anytime that you feel you are being drawn into the lower vibrational frequencies of fear or negativity, or if you a feeling out of balance, come back to this series of meditations.
This will assist you align with the energies that allow you to be: open to understanding the lessons you have been learning throughout your journey so far. To perceive them with grace. It will assist you to set your intentions for what you want to experience in now and into the future. It can allow you to release all energies that are not for your highest good; so that you can observe but not absorb anything negative occurring around you, remaining protected. And it can raise your consciousness to the energy that is in alignment with the frequencies of the new era of higher consciousness that this realm is entering.
