Bias hotline underway in Washington state || Brandi Kruse

Washington state is creating a bias incident hotline where people can report incidents of hostility and then be guided towards relevant local services. This is for events that don't rise to the level of hate crimes. SB 5427 introduces the concept of “bias incidents,” described as “hostile expressions of animus”. Brandi Kruse is a former FOX Seattle reporter who now hosts an independent podcast.
