Ah yes, CipherLucius's Angel Ryu and Angel Ken. I never got them in the past, but I heard about them. I just stuck with Holy Ken and Holy Ryu instead (yea back then I wasn't big into collection shotos). We have Angel Ryu & Angel Ken both by CipherLucius aka DarkCipherLucius vs. Cyber Ryu by, "Kenshiro99 and commissioned by RAMON GARCIA, slightly Edited by AVPboy6754" & Cyber Ken by Scar. Angel Ryu's and Angel Ken's AIs aren't that good, which was probably why I overlooked them because back then I was big into getting strong and cheap chars. This Angel Ryu is ver. 1.2, but if you look closely, its cns file has been edited in 1/20/2008, 15 days later than the readme, which suggest it could have been edited by someone else. Maybe it's version 1.3, but who knows. If anyone knows the history why and who edited it, let me know. Also, I don't know if this is the latest version of Angel Ryu, or Angel Ken.
