Vapes for Ukraine - WTF LIVE BYTE SIZE

A real WTF.

Does someone have any exact information on why the Ukrainians are asking for old vapes? How the hell is this supposed to help their war effort? Will they be re-gassed for Ukrainian soldiers and handed out to them to keep up morale? Some of us would argue that this is actually not a good health benefit for the soldiers. Then again, I don't think it was ever about anyone's health anyway. I'm pretty sure vapes are not safe and effective.
