Crimes of Scott Elementary, Portland

Scott Elementary School in northeast Portland, OR was the scene of horrific crimes against a little 9-year-old girl in 2022. Despite this, the Portland Public Schools, Latino Network and SUN program did nothing to help her. Now her father is suing for $9M. Let's hope he wins.
