Rebooting Pirates of the Caribbean & Spider-Man 4 with Less Peter Parker

Disney proves they're still out of ideas, because they're just going to reboot the beloved Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. Also, Marvel Studios may have less Peter Parker in Spider-Man 4. What does that mean?
