Faith: Where is your focus? Are you focused on the things of this world or God? Are you caught up in your emotions? Who or what has dominion over your life? If you focus on God, he will take care of you. You won’t always be happy and you will go through hard times, but you will become a better person for it. If you are focused on Jesus Christ then he will help guide you through even the roughest of situations and toughest of emotions.

Family: Dealing with emotions can be difficult. When we loose focus on Christ, it can make us get caught up in our emotions and forget that we do not have to do this on our own. In times of trouble we should pray for those who upset us or make us mad. How do you deal with your emotions?
