🌟💣🌟The information in 'Wake up Australia' has largely been provided by Senator Rodney Culleton who is the leader of the Great Australian Party, with materials from South Australian constitutional educator Tim Dwyer and others.

👉The law demonstrates post 1973 that there has been a clear departure in contravention to The Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (“The Act”). This departure has unlawfully and deceptively altered the executive power of our founding deed being the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia (the “Constitution”).

👉Senator Culleton was alerted to this wrongdoing in the moment when he was presented with the oath that he was required to swear in order to take up his office as a Senator in the Federal parliament of Australia. The oath he was presented with and expected to swear, was in a form that directly contravened clause 2 of the Act, and sections 42 and 44(i)of the Constitution, as it swore allegiance to the “Queen of Australia”, an office not mentioned or recognised in law under our founding deed being our Constitution. Based on this knowledge Senator Culleton rejected the oath and demanded it be changed to uphold his sworn constitutional duties under contract with the Commonwealth of Australia.

👉Taking a stand for his oath to be in a form compliant with the Constitution and therefore under law, has taken Senator Culleton on an unexpected journey. He has uncovered a level of conspiracy to defraud, mislead and control the Australian people, that we are now witnessing with the Australian Senate just having passed the Digital Identity Bill without proper debate and the fulfillment of the democratic process.

👉This Bill is designed to be the start of leading Australia to be a nation which will become like Communist China, where unless people do exactly what the Government decides the people must do, they will not be able to buy and sell or take part in society. Digital identity is the beginning step which enables digital surveillance and Central Bank Digital Currencies, all of which gives government vast control over the people.

👉Prior to this Digital Identity legislation being rushed through Parliament, Bill Gates has been reported to be warning nations that unless they sign up to Digital ID they will NOT be allowed to participate in society. This system is being rolled out in India and other nations. This will have serious consequences for Australia and all nations which pass this Digital ID legislation. The actions of politicians that have led to this point where Australia is now on the edge of tyranny, has been worked towards for well over fifty years.

👉Senator Rodney Culleton has discovered the purported changes made to the original Constitution of Australia, have been done through deception and stealth. Under the Constitution any changes to it are required to be approved by the people via a referendum. The changes to the oaths to be taken by politicians and to the executive powers under the Constitution, have been done without reference to the people by referendum as required and are therefore unlawful.

👉The creation of the Royal Style and Titles Act in 1973 by Gough Whitlam and the Labour Party circumvented the people’s authority under the Constitution.
This work was furthered in 1986 when Bob Hawke enacted the "Australia Act", which paved the way for the states of Australia to operate as corporations, rather than be under the Commonwealth pursuant to our Constitution. These Acts have been used to deceptively change the operation of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia without altering the Constitution. Now the parliament is operating in contravention of the Constitution, which is unlawful.

👉For those who believe that these changes were merely cosmetic and do not affect the Constitution, be aware that the findings detailed in the 1988 Constitutional Commission Report established there can be no head of power through an adoption of a “corporate Queen of Australia” to allow an Australian government to make laws. It appears that the subversive changes made to our Constitution, are so significant that the Australian Parliament as we know it is in fact unlawful and operating beyond its authorised power under the Constitution. This would mean its laws are also invalid and our elected politicians are holding office unlawfully.

👉Kelly, being a Christian, has been praying for an explanation as to the way in which the many rights of Australians have been whittled away over the last years. Recently it was revealed to her by God that this has been able to happen through "unlawful governments making unlawful laws"!
