☆ In the end, we are all connected, although we act as if we were not. Everything is energy and is constantly emitting energy; our bodies, our minds, everything in nature... This is why we suffer when we are connected with the world and the world suffers. Like right now —probably the biggest pain that we have experienced as a collective, everywhere in the world. Have you wondered why you're always tired and don't seem to be able to get your life in order? Or why everybody at the supermarket is so hostile or totally in their own world, "disconnected" from the world? Well, you could try your best to not feel what our earth is feeling, but you will not succeed because, as I said, you are connected to it.

So, if you want to be helpful, focus on being the best part of yourself and use all the energy you can to reflect and recharge. Don't spread more pain or hate, even though you're "justified" to do so. If you want to help the world, help yourself, because if you serve yourself good, you're also serving the world. And everybody could use a bit of energy from you, to be inspired and create a ripple effect of what this earth lacks: and that's love.
