Is God in the Coincidence Business? Is Coincidence a biblical term?

What is the definition of conincidence? I have noticed the Watchman/Prophecy community using the word “coincidence” alot to justify their theories about timelines, rapture dates, signs from God, etc. What are your thoughts?
