ICP is AI for the People

Decentralized AI (De-AI) has become the buzzword of this decade. DFinity even added a new section about De-Ai in their Internet Computer documentation glossary. But what does this new technology mean to the average individual? After doing some online research and coming up empty, I've decided to meditate on the implications of the subject and provide you with my own thoughts.
