There is comfort in all this for true Christians. We do indeed live in a troubled world. However, we can and in fact we are to rest in the fact that GOD has everything in HIS ultimate control. So we are to remember HIS promises.
DEU 31:8, The LORD HIMself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”
MAT 28:18-20, And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to ME.
