This surreal & frankly silly dystopian reality is something all UK adults lived through; yet, if you ask them, most will tell you - with a straight face - that they live in a country of laws.

Belief in "The Process" after witnessing a police van threaten people for sunbathing on a spring day is mental retardation. It is cowed delusion.
