One Karate master claims that he and others could have beaten the late Bruce Lee

During the life of legendary martial arts master Bruce Lee, he studied, trained in and taught a realistic system of fighting, he later called Jeet-Kune-Do.
Unfortunately, their were many traditionalist from mainly Karate, that did not want to give him any real credit as a great martial artist.
So much so, you get people decades later, such as Grand Master Victor Moore, who wanted to reduce Bruce Lee to a simple actor, who danced around ( and these were his own words). Master Moore also touted that he sparred with Bruce Lee in the sixties, after their speed contest, which Moore claims to have blocked Bruce Lee's punches.
Moore also said that karate champions during that time, to include today would have beat Bruce Lee.
There is no evidence of any karate guy, kung- fu or otherwise, that beat Bruce Lee in any real sparring match to include training. Instead, there were guys that trained with Bruce Lee, to include kickboxing champion Joe Lewis, who became a student of Lee's, and mentioned that Bruce Lee helped his fighting career immensely.
It's funny, how fifty years later, some of these guys say they could have beaten Bruce Lee, but never stepped to him during the sixties and early seventies before his untimely death.
Finally, Master Moore's claims on the speed contest, to include who he also stated that he beat during that time, has been refuted by two popular martial arts figures on Youtube.
