Every state has isolation & quarantine procedures. Kathy Hochul just expanded New York’s to include Rule 2.13, giving the state the authority to force anyone into quarantine at a non-residential “temporary housing location,” AKA a quarantine camp, without due process. No court hearing. No rule of law.
