“Judge not lest ye be judged yourself.” - Metallica, Holier Than Thou

Have you been told you are judgmental? Have you felt judged by another person? Yes to both for me. It’s taken a lot of self-reflection to realize that fear often leads me to jumping to conclusions and assuming the worst. This isn’t fair. We are all on our own paths. If you are using today’s card as a journal prompt, write about an example of being judged or passing judgment on another. How did that feel? What other emotions do you think were behind these experiences?
