Jack Smith Attacks Trump’s Quick Decision-Making While President

Special Counsel Jack Smith just filed a 66-page brief with the Supreme Court, asking them to AGAIN deny Donald Trump’s claim to presidential immunity. In the brief, there’s some questionable language about decision-making while Trump was President. Justices will hear the case on April 25th.
