Custom Tetsu pwns! We have Custom Tetsu by iloveflash aka Agent Z vs. Super Ken by DR. Seems like Agent Z's one and only char.

If you haven't noticed, I just switched lifebars! Finally found something I like after browsing through like 50+ lifebars, and trying out several of them. I may stick to this one. I edited it so that the lifebars and other elements appear in front of players and stage. Update 4/10/2024: I reverted the settings back, except one line.
