Stopping Joker's Illegal Dumping | Batman: Arkham Asylum #16

Welcome back to Batman: Arkham Asylum! Just when one problem is solved, another arises. We now have an antidote for the Titan venom but couldn't produce more of it as Ivy went into a rage and smashed our computer. On top of that, climbing around in the sewers we noticed that the water has a green tinge to it. It is later found out that Joker is dumping Titan byproducts into the water system which could get into the main Gotham water system if left unattended. Just another thing to add to the honey-do-list...
