woke up very early and decided to Muse a bit laying there....
Many things crosses my mind including genuine Self Care, Integrity and alignment with our highest version of our self and being responsible for how I interact .. Do I respond or react? as the Boss of me and all things in my life... I prefer to respond from my highest version of myself instead of reacting as if I have no control.... these are my early morning mind musings and not all of it got on to the video ...
