Dragon Quest XI, playthrough part 39 (with commentary)

The Hero, Erik, and the rest of the party manage to defeat Gyldygga. Gyldygga being Erik's sister's villian name, and the name for the golden monster shell she piloted. Defeating the shell was not enough, as it caused the cursed necklace to go haywire. Massive golden tentacles tried to destroy the party, the throne room, everything they could touch.
